Katy Padilla is the Founder and Creative Director of Scarlet Rose – an event planning, design, and production company based in San Antonio, Texas and serving multiple Texas markets. After three years of successfully running another event planning company, Katy launched Scarlet Rose in the Spring of 2020, and has seen tremendous growth ever since. With the support of a fantastic team of planners and designers, Scarlet Rose does upwards of 100+ events each year, which has allowed Katy to step into the CEO role of her business and also act as an Associate Coach for Wedding Pro CEO, under Brandee Gaar.
